Outside Scholarships
Outside scholarships, also known as external scholarships, are awards offered by organizations not affiliated with the university, such as community groups, foundations, employers, and private donors. These scholarships can help reduce your educational expenses and lower the amount you need to borrow.
Students are encouraged to explore and apply for outside scholarships throughout the year. Each scholarship has its own eligibility requirements and deadlines.
Reporting Outside Scholarships:
All external awards must be reported to the Office of Financial Aid so we can ensure your aid package is accurate. Please submit award information via email at amufinancialaid@avemaria.edu
